Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Landmark Commercial Office
Up to £42,000
West End, Central London
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
I am currently looking for an experienced Building Services Maintenance Engineer from an Electrical bias to work on a landmark building in the buzzing West End, near Charing Cross station.
Ideally you will have Level 2/3 Electrical or Mechanical qualification required and experience working in a client-facing role. The role entails Electrical and Mechanical PPMs and reactive works across landlord areas only!
Package & Benefits

Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Emergency Light Tests
- Fire Alarms
- Sprinkler Tests
- Ballast Changes
- Water Temperature Checks
- AHUs
Qualifications & Experience
- Electrical qualification (City & Guilds Level 2/3)
- 18th Edition
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Building services experience ideal
