Electrical Maintenance Engineer

My client, a leading FM provider are currently looking for a Maintenance Electrical Engineer for a static site in Canary Wharf.

This is a great opportunity for a Building Services engineer in East London to join an established and well respected maintenance provider. This is a static position in which the ideal candidate will provide support on both Electrical and Mechanical equipment on site. This is an Electrically biased position therefore experience and qualifications within the electrical sector is essential. Day to day tasks will consist of:

• Emergency light testing
• Flick tests
• Electrical fault finding
• Lighting/Ballast changes
• Basic Mechanical tasks
• General Fabric Repairs

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical field
• 18th Edition (highly desirable)
• Building Maintenance Experience
