GH Engage are currently recruiting for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer / multi skilled maintenance engineer / electrician to start work within a commerical building services environment in Fitzrovia, London. This will be working for a renowned and respected building services provider.
The succesful electrical engingeer will be carrying out duties which will consist of but not be limited to: undertake maintenance, refurbishment & installation works of all aspects of electrical services, including emergency lighting, electrical LV switchgear, distribution boards, mains and sub- mains cabling, containment, lighting, and other electrical equipment. To have knowledge of inspection and testing procedures and certify works upon completion in accordance with relevant certification. To have knowledge of multi-disciplined trades in electrical distribution systems (LV), mechanical ventilation, HVAC, chillers, plumbing/CWST systems and LTHW heating services. You must be able to work alone, as well as, as part of a team.
This role will be working on days: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. This is an ongoing contract role for a multi skilled engineer looking to progress their career.
It is imperative to have atleast 18th Edition / Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent – also must have previous maintenance experience in a similar environmnt for a facilities management company.
Overtime is readily available on weekdays and weekends, paying x1.5 for standard OT and double time on Sunday’s.
The hourly rate will be £23.28 per hour.
