GH Engage are looking for a Building Services / Maintenance Engineer from either an Electrical bias to work for one of the UK’s top building services maintenance provider, to be based at a fantastic commercial site by London Bridge.

Ideally you will have experience working on a single man site and be City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Planned & Reactive maintenance
• Lamp & Ballast Changes
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Water Treatment

Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent, ideally Electrical bias
• 18th Edition
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
• Experience working on a single man site desirable
