Multi-Skilled Engineer – Southbank, Central London
£40,000 – £45,000
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, No On Call!
I am looking for a Building Services / Maintenance Engineer from ideally an Electrical bias to work for an established building services maintenance provider on a beautiful site on the Southbank.
The site is a very high-end, luxury residential building situated on the river, only a short walk away from Waterloo station.
This is a very varied role and duties include Planned & Reactive maintenance, AHUs, FCUs, Lighting, Fire Alarms, Water Treatment, etc. This is a single man site so you will need to be client facing and ideally experience managing subcontractors and keeping log books up to date.

- HIU servicing – Training can be provided
- Lamp & Ballast Changes
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- Sprinkler Tests
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Water Treatment
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Electrical or Mechanical qualification
- 18th Edition
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Experience working on a single man site desirable
