Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

I am looking for a Building Services / Maintenance Engineer from ideally an Electrical bias to work for an established building services maintenance provider on a fantastic site based in Watford.

The ideal candidate will have 18th edition and LV/HV experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large team of engineers within a role that can offer plenty of training and progression.

Duties & Responsibilities

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• BMS Operation
• AHUs & FCUs

Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guilds Electrical – Level 3
• 18th Edition
• LV/HV experience / tickets
• Experience working within a client-facing environment within building services
