I am currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer, ideally with an Electrical bias to work for one of the UK’s top building services maintenance provider at a fantastic commercial site right by Liverpool St station in the City of London!
Ideally you will have experience in building services and be City & Guilds Level 3 qualified either Electrically, with 18th Edition.

- Planned & Reactive maintenance
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Lamp & Ballast Changes
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- AHUs
- FCUs
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent either Electrical or Mechanical
- 18th Edition
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Experience working on a single man site desirable
