GH Engage are looking for a Maintenance Engineer from either an Electrical or Mechanical bias to work for one of the UK’s top building services maintenance provider, to be based at a fantastic commercial site by London Bridge.

Ideally you will have experience in building services and be City & Guilds Level 3 qualified either Electrically or Mechanically.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Planned & Reactive maintenance
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Lamp & Ballast Changes
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• AHUs
• FCUs

Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent either Electrical or Mechanical
• 18th Edition
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
• Experience working on a single man site desirable
