Job Title: Workshop Supervisor/ Ductwork Fabrication Supervisor

Company Description
My client is a specialist family owned heating, ventilation & air conditioning contracting business. The company has over years 30 years’ experience supplying ventilation systems, air conditioning systems, ductwork manufacture, extract systems & bespoke sheet metal fabrication. They offer a complete project solution including fabrication/ manufacture, design and estimation. Due to continued growth the business is seeking a workshop/ fabrication supervisor to oversee the manufacturing business unit. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with ductwork fabrication experience who is keen to further their career.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Should you be successful in your application you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the fabrication team & ensure all deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain equipment and ensure all processes are followed
- Work in coordination with the design team, while utilising programmes such as AutoCAD.
- Report directly to the MD.
Qualifications & Experience
- My client is open to individuals from a time served apprentice or academic background
- Experience within a similar Duct Fabrication supervisory role is ideal
- Effective planning & management capabilities.
- Strong written/ verbal communicational skills.
