Contract Manager – Critical Facilities

The Job

A Contract Manager (building maintenance) with experience on data centre sites is required by a leading service provider for an immediate start in a temp-to-perm position in the Slough area.

Leading a large team of engineers, you will drive planned and reactive maintenance on site, act as point-of-escalation for the client and manage a P&L budget of £2m+.

This is an immediate opportunity with the potential for a permanent position within a world-renowned company.

You will be working for a multi-national building service provider, on a high-profile, critical site.

As one of the nation’s largest service providers, they have a plethora of opportunities available across all sectors.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Immediately available/available on short notice
  • Relevant technical qualifications (i.e., C&G Level 3 Electrical Installations)
  • HVAP status is beneficial
  • Experience in Data Centres
  • Experience in managing P&L budgets

Depending on experience this job will pay £31.25/hour, with a possibility of a permanent position in 4 months’ time, paying £60,000 – £65,000.
