My client, a family run Building Services company are currently on the lookout for a Maintenance Carpenter.
This is maintenance role with a Carpentry biased, carrying out maintenance/snagging to new build properties. The ideal candidate will be able to turn his hand to multiple trades within building maintenance due to the fast paced environment.
Day to Day tasks will consist of:
- Carpentry
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Electrics
- Patch Plastering
- Flooring
- Tiling
An NVQ in a relevant trade is advantageous
Salary:
£28,000 – £30,000 per annum
Van + Fuel card is included
