I am looking for a Building Services / Maintenance Engineer from either an Electrical or Mechanical bias to work for one of the UK’s top building services maintenance provider.

The role is to join a large team of engineers and to be based at a blue-chip commercial site by Waterloo / Southbank in Central London.

The successful candidate must be qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 either Electrically or Mechanically, and ideally apprentice trained but this is not essential.

• Planned & Reactive maintenance
• Lamp & Ballast Changes
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Water Treatment

Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent either Electrical or Mechanical
• Ideally Apprentice Trained
• 18th Edition
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
