Maintenance Engineer – Green Park / Mayfair
£40,000 plus package
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

GH Engage are looking for a Maintenance Engineer from either an Electrical or Mechanical bias to work for one of the UK’s top building services maintenance provider, to be based at a large commercial site by Green Park.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced building services engineer to join a reputable building service provider working in a small team. There is lots of training available and plenty of progression opportunities within the business.

Package & Benefits

• No On Call
• Overtime available
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties & Responsibilities

• Planned & Reactive maintenance
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Lamp & Ballast Changes
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• AHUs
• FCUs

Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent either Electrical or Mechanical
• 18th Edition
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
