Assistant Contract Manager | Facilities & Commercial Building Maintenance | M&E | £55,000 | Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
Due to our client’s recent contract wins, we are seeking an Assistant Contract Manager with experience in commercial building maintenance/facilities management.
THE JOB
An Assistant Contract Manager is required to assist in delivering a building maintenance contract to a portfolio of commercial office buildings in the City of London, overseeing a team of 10, including engineers and contract support.

DUTIES
- Establishment and day-to-day management of PPM systems.
- Providing leadership and assistance to a team of 8 Engineers in delivering electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance.
- Supervision of permanent/temporary workers, and subcontractors.
- Develop productive client relationships, identifying and implementing new revenue streams.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- Technical qualifications; Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services
- Good Customer relationship skills.
- Supervisory/Management experience within M&E building maintenance.
- P&L experience is desirable but not essential.

PACKAGE & BENEFITS
This is a permanent position in a well-established building services provider, with opportunities to take part in training courses, such as ILM, L8 Legionella, IOSH, and lots more.
The role is paying between £50,000 – £55,000, depending on experience.
