Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £65,000 -£75,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)

My client is an industry-leading electrical services contractor. The business offer services to commercial and industrial sectors providing both CAT-A and CAT-B fit-outs. Due to consistent growth, they are now seeking an electrical project manager to oversee projects in and around the London area. Key duties and responsibilities
- Day to day management of electrical subcontract packages
- Establish a smooth electrical delivery in accordance with the programme and budget
- Overseeing health & safety and QA/QC processes
- Supervise weekly progress meetings with relevant clients, main contractor, and design teams
- Working both individually and as part of a larger team
- Liaising with M&E consultants with any variations in the design process
Experiences and qualifications
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working across the electrical building service sector
- Individuals to have achieved an academic (HNC/degree) or relevant City & Guilds/ apprenticeship
- Managing projects upwards of £2 million in value
- Having consistently managed projects to a high standard while managing client expectations

- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
