An Account Manager is required in the centre of London for a flagship commercial maintenance contract comprised of 7 buildings, in a high-profile role for a leading service provider. You will oversee a team of Contract Managers, Supervisors and Engineers in delivering M&E maintenance in line with SLA’s and KPI’s; whilst ensuring commercial success. Reporting into the Regional Operations Director, this is a high-profile role in a growing business and a great opportunity for the right person.

You will be working for a leading facility and building maintenance service provider which operates throughout the UK and internationally. They are an established company with an impressive portfolio of clients across several sectors. Having recently won some new contracts across London, they are now in the process of growing their team to account for their success.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee and act as point of escalation for the delivery of M&E maintenance to the 7 buildings, in line with SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Manage a team of Contract Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors, engineers, and admin staff.
- Ensure commercial success, managing a P&L budget of c£5m, identifying opportunities for added value and extra works.
- Act as first point of escalation for any client complaints or queries.
- Develop a long-lasting professional relationship with the client, with a view to winning contract extensions in the future.
- Demonstrate plans for growth in regular meeting with senior management.
Experience and Requirements
- 5+ years in a management position having overseen large teams on high profile sites.
- Relevant technical qualifications; preferably C&G Level 3 electrical quals or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience successfully managing P&L budgets, including identifying opportunities for extra works and projects.
- Experience in commercial environments on the service provider side is preferred.
