Job Title: Senior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £80,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Company Description

My client is a leading international mechanical, electrical & public health services contractor. The business offer services to the commercial, healthcare, residential, hotel & infrastructure sectors, while providing the complete project “turnkey solution”. Due to consistent/ strong growth they are now seeking a senior mechanical quantity surveyor, to oversee a landmark development based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor, to further progress their career while working with an extremely reputable MEP contractor.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience

  • Overseeing a mechanical package valued upwards of £15 million & play a pivotal part in ensuring financial forecasts are adhered too.
  • Typical day to day duties such as variations, take off’s, NPO’s & instructions.
  • Reporting directly to the lead commercial director.
  • Applicants must be able to work individually & as part of a team.
  • Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience working in a similar position.
