Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 basic salary (plus additional company expenses)
Location: Central Midlands, United Kingdom

My client is a cutting-edge M&E contractor, with a strong national presence across. The business specialises in delivering a diverse range of projects ranging across the healthcare, commercial fit out, hotel/ leisure & end user sectors. They pride themselves on providing a collaborative & coordinated approach to clientele, while providing a complete design & build project solution to clientele.
Due to an extremely healthy orderbook for the coming years, the business now requires a Mechanical Project Manager. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, to join a reputable contractor offering stability & long-term career progression.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Manage the full project lifecycle (Pre-construction through to final completion).
- Taking commercial responsibility (Costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)
- Liaise and communicate with estimating, pre-construction, commercial & contract teams.
- Full client liaison.
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered too.
