Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £65,000 basic salary (plus additional company benefits)
Location: Central/ South East London
Company Description
My client is a well-established leading M&E contractor, based in Central London. The business provides a full range of mechanical & electrical services across the commercial, critical services, retail sectors (Typically projects are valued between £500,000 – £5 million). Since inception they have achieved consistent growth & are now aiming to strengthen senior management.
They now require a Mechanical Project Manager, based between office & site (City of London). The successful applicant will manage circa 1-3 projects simultaneously. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, seeking further career progression, while gaining the support of a market leading M&E contractor.
Responsibilities
- Leading the complete project team throughout project duration
- Taking responsibility for the complete project lifecycle (Initial pre-construction, delivery, commissioning & handover)
- Working in conjunction with the pre-construction & commercial team to produce/ agree programme.
- Attend pre-order & weekly progress meetings.
- Review all technical mechanical aspects of system proposals.
- Oversee & sign off invoices.
- Control installation ad commissioning activities.
- Prepare & submit applications/ variations.
- Ensure the project is delivered in accordance with programme/ budget.

- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
