Mechanical Design Manager

My client has been running for 40+ years and have grown into a national multi-disciplined building services and construction company. Continuing the growth plan, they’re now looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Design Manager to join the team.

THE ROLE:

With continued growth, they are keen to take on new talent to help them expand their operations and are open to discussion with all levels of experience. The role will involve having a desire to challenge existing design norms, work closely with their clients and partners to drive energy efficient and sustainable designs for the highly technical schemes.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Desired criteria:

• Minimum HNC/HND in building services engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fully proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Membership of CIBSE / IHEEM (or similar) preferred but not essential.
• Working knowledge of IES and Revit design software preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge and experience of delivering projects through the BSRIA stages on work from 2 to 5 to BIM Level 2.
• Show leadership and promote a good team working ethos around the client team.
