Job Title: M&E BIM Technician
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)
Location: Southern Ireland

My client is a large Tier 1 international M&E contractor, which has gained significant experience across a wide range of construction sectors including commercial, pharmaceutical, data centre & energy. The business pride themselves on achieving successful project delivery through providing a dependable, quality driven & collaborative service.
Due to several successful tenders/ wins, the business now has a requirement for a M&E BIM Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E BIM Technician/ BIM Coordinator, who is keen to join a business that promotes staff development, honesty & teamwork.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Work closely in conjunction with the BIM Manager, while liaising & coordinating the MEP supply chain.
- Attend coordination meetings.
- Manage the master MEP model.
- Produce weekly updates of the Navisworks model.
- Issue clash detection reports & resolve clashes.
- Produce annotated/ coordinated builder works drawings.
