Maintenance & Property Supervisor | Client Direct | South West London | £55,000

Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor or technical services manager?

Are you interested in working directly for a client?

We are currently recruiting for an Maintenance & Property Supervisor to work directly for a client based in South West London. This position will be working across two extremely high end residential properties. You will be working alongside another Engineering & Property Manager and have a large involvement in day to day maintenance, managing sub contractors and delivering projects.

Package:

• £55,000 salary
• Monday – Friday (08:00/ 17:00)
• Attractive pension

Requirements:

• A qualification in BMS controls, Trend, KNX, Schneider or Tridium.
• Understanding of HVAC systems.
• Understanding of plumbing systems and plant rooms.
• An interest in music and an under standing or qualification in Acoustic treatment, REW, Dirac or Trinnov.
• Electrical – electronics qualification.
• Qualification in water treatment, Legionella, swimming pool maintenance.
• Qualification or understanding of AV and networks, Crestron, Lutron, Gira or Rako
• Flexibility is key
• Ideally drives and has own car
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
