Electrical Shift Manager | City of London | £48,250 + £2250 bonus + Fantastic Package
Are you an experienced Shift Manager? Do you have experience carrying out maintenance duties across prestigious corporate / critical environments?
A global property developer is currently looking for a Shift Manager to work directly in a brand new, extremely high end, multi tenanted office premises in the City of London.
You will oversee a small shift team of engineers carrying out PPM’s and Reactive Maintenance duties. Due to the nature of the building and the tenants this is an extremely client facing role with complex critical systems on site.
Duties will involve:
- This is a hands on position so hands on duties will involve; Wiring / Re-wiring, Emergency lighting, Lighting, sockets, circuits, Control panel maintenance, Transformers, UPS, HV Switching / Shutdowns, reading/writing HV Switching schedules, Fault finding, Testing & Inspection, AHU’S / FCU’s (filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans), generator tests, chiller checks, boiler resets, pumps, motors, BMS monitoring, general baric / building services duties across the premises when required.
- Over-seeing all compliance / logbooks on site
- Supervising / managing use of sub-contractors
Package:
- £47,250 basic salary
- £1,000 salary bonus for holding HVAP certificate
- £2,250 annual bonus
- Hours: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off (7-7)

Requirements:
- Must hold City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
- Must currently hold or previously held HVAP certificate
- Must have experience within commercial building services
- Must have experience within a client facing role
- Able to build rapport and a relationship with clients and a team
