Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Waterloo, South East London | £40,000 | Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer? Do you have experience working within high end commercial properties?
We are currently recruiting for a multi-skilled, electrically biased engineer to join a large team carrying out PPMs and Reactive maintenance duties across the landlord areas of a multi tenanted office building.
Technical duties will include; Wiring / Re-wiring, Emergency lighting, Lighting, sockets, circuits, Single and 3 phase power, Control panel maintenance, Transformers, Fault finding, Testing & Inspection, AHU’S / FCU’s (filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans), generator tests, chiller checks, boiler resets, pumps, motors, BMS monitoring, general baric / building services duties across the premises when required.
Package:
- £40,000 basic salary
- Monday – Friday (10am – 7pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5pm Friday)

Requirements:
- Experience within commercial maintenance
- City and Guilds Level 3 qualified
- Experience within a client facing position
- Willing to carry out all round building services duties – Electrical, Mechanical, Fabric duties
