A Technical Contract Manager is required in the centre of London for a commercial maintenance contract comprised of 3 buildings, for a leading serice provider. You will oversee a team of engineers in delivering M&E maintenance in line with SLA’s and KPI’s; whilst ensuring commercial success. Reporting into the Account Manager, this is a Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00 role, overseeing a daytime and shift team.

You will be working for a leading facility and building maintenance service provider which operates throughout the UK and internationally. They are an established company with an impressive portfolio of clients across several sectors. Having recently won some new contracts across London, they are now in the process of growing their team to account for their success.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee the delivery of M&E maintenance to the 3 buildings, in line with SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Manage a team of 12 engineers, as well as supervisors and admin staff.
- Ensure commercial success, managing a P&L budget of c£2m.
- Act as first point of contact for any client complaints or queries.
- Provide technical support and advice to your engineers when necessary.
Experience and Requirements
- 3+ years in a management position (Contract/Technical Manager).
- Relevant technical qualifications; preferably C&G Level 3 electrical quals or equivalent.
- Some experience managing budgets (ideally P&L) is preferred.
- 5+ years within FM and building maintenance preferred.
